主要工作職責(zé): Job responsibilities: 1. 根據(jù)項(xiàng)目、物料請(qǐng)購及生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃的需求,落實(shí)具體的采購流程并跟進(jìn)供應(yīng)商到貨進(jìn)度。 In accordance with the project of machine and requirement of material application or production planning, implement specific procurement procedures and follow up the delivery progress. 2. 負(fù)責(zé)匯總采購申請(qǐng)、編制年度及項(xiàng)目采購計(jì)劃,經(jīng)過相關(guān)主管的審核批準(zhǔn)后組織實(shí)施。 Be responsible for purchase application, creating annual purchase plan, approved by the supervisor then organize implementation. 3. 訂購單的下達(dá),物料交期的控制,與供應(yīng)商建立良好的關(guān)系,協(xié)調(diào)解決采購過程中的問題,確保各項(xiàng)采購任務(wù)順利完成。 Place order, control material delivery. Establish the good relationship with suppliers, coordinate and solve problems in procurement process, ensure each purchase task is smooth accomplishment. 4. 合理控制商品的采購價(jià)格。參與商品的檢查驗(yàn)收工作及退換貨的管理。 Reasonable control purchase price of goods, to participate in incoming material inspection and acceptance; Return and exchange goods management. 5. 負(fù)責(zé)供應(yīng)商對(duì)賬及付款申請(qǐng)相關(guān)工作。 Responsible for supplier reconciliation and payment application. 6. 及時(shí)跟蹤、掌握原材料市場(chǎng)的價(jià)格、行情變化等信息,制定和優(yōu)化采購降本方案。 Timely track and grasp the price and changes of raw material market, formulate and optimize saving plans. 7. 負(fù)責(zé)審閱和保存采購工作的文件,并對(duì)其歸檔和良好保管。負(fù)責(zé)采購數(shù)據(jù)的整理、統(tǒng)計(jì)和分析。 Be responsible for reviewing and safekeeping purchase files. Be responsible for purchase data collation, statistics and analysis. 8. 根據(jù)需求找尋合適的供應(yīng)商。針對(duì)供應(yīng)商的物質(zhì)、交貨能力、質(zhì)量以及價(jià)格等能力進(jìn)行考核。 In accordance with requirement, looking for suitable supplier. Assess capability for supplier, including matter, delivery capability, quality, price etc. 9. 公司管理層,員工手冊(cè)和直屬領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦事項(xiàng)與職責(zé)。 All other duties requested by line manager, employee handbook and company management. 任職資格: Qualification: 1. 大專及以上學(xué)歷。3年以上采購相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。 College degree or above. At least 3 years’ experience of purchasing or material planning. 2. 熟練機(jī)加工件及電氣類零部件采購工作。 Skilled in procurement of machined parts and electrical parts. 3. 良好的英語讀寫能力。 Proficient in English reading and writing. 4. 能適應(yīng)短期出差并在設(shè)備現(xiàn)場(chǎng)工作。 Sometime will be short-term traveled and work on the fieldwork. 5. 為人正直,責(zé)任心強(qiáng),工作細(xì)致,積極主動(dòng)。能配合一定時(shí)間的加班。 Honest, high responsibility, work carefully and actively, can cooperate necessary overtime work. 6. 溝通能力強(qiáng),邏輯清晰,并能承擔(dān)壓力。 Good communication skills, logical thinking, able to work under pressure. 7. 有上進(jìn)心,主動(dòng)學(xué)習(xí)。 Self-motivated and active learners. |
