| 工作描述： |
1.Leading the Quality Department; as people manager, Implements and Maintains a high quality mindset in the organization (supported by 5S/housekeeping), Manage staff to maximize motivation and involvement and minimize fluctuation 2.Maintain a high level of technical knowledge in the organization to maximize productivity and quality in operations. Mapping and adopting team competence to address know-how gaps, and adopt future needs based on product development roadmaps. Assure the development and execution of proper training programs. 3.Plan, prepare and maintain the annual budget of Quality Department, and takes care for deployment and realization of related targets (realization of operational targets according AOP, like complaint response time, Cost of non-quality, department costs) 4.Practices priority settings and resource management of the department resources, aligned with business needs 5.Actively planning potential CAPEX investments in field of process/equipment/laboratory capability improvements, capacity expansions, maintenance overhauls 6.Contribute to cost saving strategies including work methodologies and energy saving ideas; 7.Supervise procurement, maintenance and upgrading of quality assurance equipment 8.Champion of End-to-End Quality & Continuous Improvement within the plant. Develop and deploy appropriate initiatives for the function to address the strategic challenges of the business. Develop and maintain effective working relationships with business and other functional leaders. Develop and sustain the Quality Management System and lead the Management review process. 9.Own and lead Internal and external audits related to manufacturing, customers, management systems 10.Undertake and document a termly risk assessment of the whole site and other risk assessments/ health and safety checks; 11.Maintain legislative and regulatory documentation to exceed audit requirements; 12.Assure that all safety and environmental laws and rules are adhered 13.Other tasks assigned. Manufacturing Quality Engineering 1.Take an active Gate-keeper role in the D&D process to ensure flawless product launches, including Advanced Quality Planning, New Purchased Part Qualification, resolution of Launch Defects, the analysis of Root Causes and the identification and implementation of Lessons Learned. 2.Ensure the application of the Product / Process and Quality Management System standards of the appropriate International Certification Bodies, Industry specific Regulatory Authorities and Customers contractually specified Quality Requirements. Oversee resulting audits / assessments, develop and deploy resulting action plans. 3.Collect, report and analyze organizational Quality, EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) & Operational key performance metrics. Gather and analyze appropriate benchmarking and comparative data to drive continuous performance improvement. Work with other business and functional leaders to improve performance, including the identification and standardization of best practices. 4.Overall ownership of the customer incident alert process, ensure timely escalation / communication of high impact incidents, and coordinate with other stakeholders to ensure appropriate containment and root cause preventive actions are undertaken with the upmost urgency. 5.Oversee quality improvement projects 6.Actively supports new machine/process qualification and new material evaluation/qualification; Supplier Quality Assurance 1.Coordinate and assure the Supplier Quality Assessment (SQA), Process and Product auditing of new suppliers for effective Supplier Selection and existing suppliers and their associated products to assure quality Measuring Laboratory management 2.Plan, coordinate and check preventive and corrective maintenance and calibration operations of the measuring systems 3.Implement monitoring system to ensure proper execution of quality assurance measures to safeguard “zero defect” outgoing quality to customers and COP declarations; Job Requirements & Skills 1.Bachelor degree or above majored in mechanical/mechatronic engineering, electrical/automation engineering or chemical engineering; Experience in wet-process industry is preferred 2.Certified Quality Manager and Auditor qualifications required (minimum ISO9001, ISO45001, ISO14001, RBA; preferred to have knowledge as well on IATF16949; OHSAS 18001 ). 3.10years in automotive/electronics manufacturing and quality. At least 3-4 years in functional or direct leadership role. 4.Must have experience of a large/ medium sized, multi-site, international automotive/electronics manufacturing business, preferably in a IATF16949 environment. 5.Knowledge of Kanban, 5S, Continuous Improvement, “Zero Defect” concept. 6.Statistical level of Six Sigma Blackbelt 7.Sound knowledge of laws as they relate to the organization, in particular, Industrial Relations laws and EHS laws; 8.Good administrative abilities, strong negotia |
