JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 工作職責(zé) 1. Maintain the good relationship with existing customers & get new business from them. 維護(hù)與現(xiàn)有客戶的良好關(guān)系, 獲得更多的新業(yè)務(wù)。 2. Collect potential customer’s information, follow up to contact relative customers, collect market and competition information in STS different application. 收集潛在客戶信息, 跟進(jìn)相關(guān)客戶，了解彈簧在不同應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)情況及做好相關(guān)市場(chǎng)調(diào)研。 3. Gather and Analyze competitor’s information for further review and decision by management. 收集并分析競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手信息，為管理層進(jìn)一步討論及決策提供依據(jù)。 4. Follow up AR situation regularly to make sure all the AR be settled in time. 定期跟進(jìn)應(yīng)收款的回收情況, 確保銷售貨款按時(shí)收回。 5. Monitor the actual sales situation of each customer and make preliminary analysis or necessary actions properly. 監(jiān)測(cè)每個(gè)客戶的實(shí)際銷售狀況, 并做出初步分析、采取相應(yīng)措施。 6. Improve the customer satisfaction with awareness on cost, delivery, quality etc. 關(guān)注成本、交付、質(zhì)量等，提高客戶滿意度。 7. Coordinate between customer and internal responsible departments. Transfer customers’ requirements into internal departments, provide necessary support to our colleagues during customers communication. 協(xié)調(diào)外部客戶與公司內(nèi)部各有關(guān)部門的聯(lián)系,將顧客的各種要求傳達(dá)到公司相關(guān)部門，并為其他部門與客戶溝通時(shí)提供必要的支持。 8. Prepare and documented relative paper work according to company process requirement. 按照公司流程要求，做好與客戶相關(guān)的各類文件和系統(tǒng)工作。 9. Accomplish other jobs/tasks punctually appointed by Superior. 按時(shí)完成上級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的其他任務(wù)。 SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE 任職要求條件 Education & Major 學(xué)歷與專業(yè) Bachelor’s degree and above in mechanical, engineering or business related such as international trade, economics, marketing and so on. 本科學(xué)歷及以上，專業(yè)為機(jī)械，工程或商務(wù)相關(guān)比如國(guó)際貿(mào)易，經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)及市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷等。 Job Related Experience 相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn) At least 3 years working experience of sales or related areas in Industry area, preferred in Automotive Industry. 相關(guān)行業(yè)的最低3年銷售經(jīng)驗(yàn)，有汽車行業(yè)相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先。 Total Working Experience整體工作經(jīng)驗(yàn) At least 5 years working experience. 至少5年工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。 Specific Knowledge/Skills 特殊技能知識(shí) Good English capability, fluent in both spoken and written. 英語(yǔ)讀寫流利，可口語(yǔ)溝通。 Good communication skills, build up & maintain effective business relationship with customers. 良好的溝通能力，與客戶建立并維持良好商務(wù)關(guān)系。 Act independently under minimum of supervision, entrepreneurial thinking. 能自覺、獨(dú)立工作，有主人翁意識(shí)。 Loyalty, Commitment and ability to cope with pressure. 忠誠(chéng)守信，抗壓能力強(qiáng)。 Others 其他 Be familiar with SAP, CRM etc, work with that software according to KL process. 熟悉SAP,CRM系統(tǒng)，按照公司流程熟練地使用這些系統(tǒng)。 |
