此崗位需要可以接受倒班安排，非誠勿擾（有必要的英語基礎(chǔ)優(yōu)先）。 1. 負責(zé)生產(chǎn)線機器，廠房設(shè)施的維護保養(yǎng)與應(yīng)急維修Responsible for production & facility equipment Regular maintenance and Emergency maintenance 2. 負責(zé)公司所有設(shè)備的安全、穩(wěn)定運行，按時巡檢，發(fā)現(xiàn)問題后將設(shè)備事故消滅在萌芽之中，減少設(shè)備故障率，保證生產(chǎn)的正常運行Responsible for the safe and stable operation of all equipment in the company, conducting regular inspections, and eliminating equipment accidents in the bud after discovering problems. reduce equipment failure rates and ensure the normal operation of production. 3. 新設(shè)備入廠的安裝與調(diào)試，設(shè)備大、中、小修計劃的編制和實施工作，做到安全高效檢修Installation and commissioning of new equipment upon entry into the factory, preparation and implementation of equipment major, medium, and minor maintenance plans, Ensure safe and efficient maintenance 4. 監(jiān)督與配合第三方進行設(shè)備保養(yǎng)與維修，推進與跟蹤籌劃中及正在進行中的維修保養(yǎng)項目，將工作進行到底Supervise and cooperate with third parties for equipment maintenance and repair, promote and track planned and ongoing maintenance projects, and carry out the work to the end 5. 指導(dǎo)與培訓(xùn)其余技術(shù)員電氣，機械，液壓系統(tǒng)的維修措施與方案，在日常工作中安排好技術(shù)員的日常巡視工作以及發(fā)現(xiàn)問題，處理隱患Guide and train other technicians on maintenance measures and plans for electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems, arrange daily inspections for technicians, identify problems, and handle hidden dangers in daily work 6. 設(shè)備的有效性整改，按照總部提供的技術(shù)信息，對設(shè)備實施改進Equipment effectiveness improvement, implementing improvements to the equipment based on the technical information provided by the headquarters 7. 收集與分析設(shè)備故障率，對于高維修頻次的設(shè)備進行相應(yīng)的總結(jié)并將病灶處更新至預(yù)防保養(yǎng)計劃內(nèi)Collect and analyze equipment failure rates, summarize equipment with high maintenance frequency, and update lesion locations in the preventive maintenance plan accordingly 8. 具有一定的英語溝通能力，可以與德國同事進行工作交流Have certain English communication skills, able to communicate with German colleagues for work 9. 熟悉西門子與力士樂變頻器的連接方式，通訊原理，以及調(diào)試與參數(shù)拷貝，具有獨立思考問題，解決問題的能力Familiar with the connection method, communication principle, debugging, and parameter copying between Siemens and Rexroth frequency converters, with the ability to think independently and solve problems 10. 需要配合加班與倒班Need to cooperate with overtime and shift work 11. 執(zhí)行領(lǐng)導(dǎo)安排的其他任務(wù)Perform other tasks assigned by the leader |
