| 工作描述： |
Job Responsibility: 1. Independently lead the planning and coordination of all aspects of the operations, assist the GM in the company's strategic development plan; 2. Be fully responsible for department daily operation and management; formulate and report short, medium and long-term operations strategy; 3. Guide the implementation of business policies related to operations; continuously improve and optimize operating results, reporting structures and processes; 4. Plan and control department cost budget. Analyze and summarize cost regularly, formulate cost control plan and supervise its implementation; 5. Act as the company’s main production safety responsible according the regulations of authorities for manufacturing businesses. Independently lead the executing and coordinating the safety management, formulate and perfect related regulations and rules. Earnestly implement the safety regulations and rules, safe production, EHS, fire-fighting and other policies and regulations; 6. Responsible for 6S management; 7. On-site emergency handling; 8. Develop and continuously increase team performance; conduct team performance management together with HR (set KPIs performance targets, appraisal); create suitable KPIs to sustain a higher working efficiency; 9. Other matters arranged by superior. |
