| 工作描述： |
1.根據(jù)項目、生產(chǎn)計劃及時調(diào)整物料計劃，以滿足項目或生產(chǎn)計劃變動需求。 According to the project and production plan to timely adjust the material plan to meeting the changing needs of project or production’s requirements. 2.做長期物料計劃，需掌握生產(chǎn)產(chǎn)能，及關(guān)鍵采購物料的安全庫存和采購周期等。 To make long-term material plan, knowing production capacity, the safety stock and lead time of key purchase material . 3.監(jiān)控物料計劃交付情況，對于偏差及潛在風(fēng)險提出建設(shè)性建議和有效措施。 Monitor the material delivery performance, put forward the constructive advice and effective countermeasure for the deviation and potential risk. 4.檢查和跟蹤在途訂單，確保及時到料，滿足生產(chǎn)需求，避免出現(xiàn)停產(chǎn)待料情況。 Review and follow up open orders to ensure the material arrival timely, meeting production requirements, avoiding shortage.. 5.監(jiān)控供應(yīng)商的On-Time Delivery情況，和采購合作配合以優(yōu)化交付水平。 Monitor supplier’s OTD status and coordinate with purchaser to optimize the delivery status. . 6.及時跟蹤質(zhì)量檢查結(jié)果及反饋，對不良品及返工品跟蹤到位。 Follow up the quality report and feedback, the rework and defective products as well. 7.負(fù)責(zé)審閱和保存本部門工作的文件，并對其歸檔和良好保管。負(fù)責(zé)相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)的整理、統(tǒng)計和分析。 Be responsible for reviewing and safekeeping this department’s files. Be responsible for related data collation, statistics and analysis. 8.公司管理層，員工手冊和直屬領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦事項與職責(zé)。 All other duties requested by line manager, employee handbook and company management. |

1.3年以上采購、物料計劃相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗。 At least 3 years’ experience of purchasing or material planning. 2.熟練機加工件及電氣類零部件的采購或物料計劃工作。 Skilled in purchasing or material planning procurement of machined parts and electrical parts. 3.良好的英語讀寫能力。 Proficient in English reading and writing. 4.能適應(yīng)短期出差并在設(shè)備現(xiàn)場工作。 Sometime will be short-term traveled and work on the fieldwork. 5.為人正直，責(zé)任心強，工作細(xì)致，積極主動，具有良好的職業(yè)素養(yǎng)。能配合一定時間的加班。 Honest and professional quality-oriented, high responsibility, work carefully and actively, can cooperate necessary overtime work. 6.溝通能力強，邏輯清晰，并能承擔(dān)壓力。 Good communication skills, logical thinking, able to work under pressure. 7.有上進心，主動學(xué)習(xí)。 Self-motivated and active learners. |
