職責(zé) RESPONSIBILITES: ? Working knowledge of industry standards, legislations, and resources 對行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、法規(guī)和資源有基本了解 ? Project oversight for comprehensive and timely deliverables 監(jiān)督項(xiàng)目的整個流程并確保及時交付 ? Monitor project milestones to maintain timelines through the life cycle from approval to billing 監(jiān)控項(xiàng)目里的各個時間節(jié)點(diǎn)，從批準(zhǔn)項(xiàng)目到賬單發(fā)送 ? Primary contact and communicator between client and ACT for assigned projects in terms of confirmations, needs, and timely status updates 作為客戶和ACT之間的主要聯(lián)系人和溝通者，確認(rèn)需求并提供及時狀態(tài)更新 ? Coordination of additional services to assigned projects as needed 根據(jù)需要協(xié)調(diào)分配項(xiàng)目 ? Verification that all services rendered and reported 確認(rèn)并發(fā)送所有的測試報告 ? First approval of Reports 報告首次審批 ? Actual service reviews for project billing 審查并確認(rèn)項(xiàng)目賬單 ? Project archiving and verifying all documentation is filed and delivered 項(xiàng)目存檔，并驗(yàn)證所有文件已歸檔并交付 要求技能和能力 REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES: ? Solution oriented and proactive problem-solving skills 解決問題的能力強(qiáng)，積極主動 ? High level of organization and ability to prioritize 極好的組織能力和優(yōu)先級管理能力 ? Comfortable in a task-oriented/process driven environment 能夠適應(yīng)任務(wù)導(dǎo)向/流程驅(qū)動的工作環(huán)境 ? Excellent written and verbal communications 較強(qiáng)的書面和口頭溝通能力 ?
