該職位直接匯報(bào)外國(guó)領(lǐng)導(dǎo),需英語口語匯報(bào)工作,并需經(jīng)常國(guó)內(nèi)出差 負(fù)責(zé)建立和發(fā)展公司在中國(guó)的銷售網(wǎng)絡(luò),主要致力于農(nóng)業(yè)機(jī)械領(lǐng)域; 銷售代表需要通過現(xiàn)有的客戶以及潛在的客戶開發(fā),來負(fù)責(zé)達(dá)成公司的銷售目標(biāo)。 崗位職責(zé) 銷售代表需執(zhí)行所有和銷售相關(guān)的一切事務(wù),包括: - 發(fā)掘潛在客戶并為公司創(chuàng)造銷售業(yè)務(wù); - 和客戶緊密溝通配合達(dá)到銷售最大化; - 開發(fā)促銷計(jì)劃及相關(guān)事項(xiàng); - 完成銷售日?qǐng)?bào),周報(bào)及月報(bào),匯報(bào)已完成的工作情況,以及之后的工作計(jì)劃; - 需要出差至不同的客戶地點(diǎn)以及用電話和客戶保持溝通; - 出席銷售會(huì)議以及展會(huì); - 維持良好的客戶關(guān)系。 - 作好公司產(chǎn)品的示范展示。 - 負(fù)責(zé)解決客戶關(guān)于銷售和服務(wù)的投訴; - 建立和負(fù)責(zé)維護(hù)公司的客戶關(guān)系管理程序和其他銷售程序; - 時(shí)刻關(guān)注和收集竟然對(duì)手的當(dāng)前市場(chǎng)信息,如價(jià)格,產(chǎn)品類型,新產(chǎn)品開發(fā),出貨計(jì)劃和營(yíng)銷手段。 - 根據(jù)評(píng)估結(jié)果和公司競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力發(fā)展需要,提出對(duì)公司產(chǎn)品,服務(wù)和政策方面的改善建議。 - 通過去生產(chǎn)車間學(xué)習(xí),查看專業(yè)出版刊物,建立個(gè)人通信網(wǎng)絡(luò),參與專業(yè)技術(shù)活動(dòng)交流以,來保持自已的專業(yè)性和技術(shù)性方面的知識(shí)。 This position is responsible for establishing and developing the Company sales network in China mainly focusing on agricultural market. The SR is responsible for meeting the sales targets of the Company through work with existing and potential customers. AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY The SR performs all sales activities including - Map potential customers and generate sales for the Company - Work with customers to maximize sales - Develop promotional ideas and relevant material - Perform daily, weekly and monthly reports of what has been done and what is the following work plan - Travel to different locations and make sales calls - Attend sales meetings and exhibitions - Maintain contact with customers - Organize demonstrations of production - Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service - Build and maintain Company CRM and other sales applications - Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques - Recommend changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments. - Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies. |

所需技能 四年制本科學(xué)士學(xué)位; 精通英語和普通話; 至少兩年以上農(nóng)業(yè)機(jī)械類公司區(qū)域銷售代表經(jīng)驗(yàn),之前有過客戶技術(shù)支持經(jīng)驗(yàn)更佳; 主動(dòng)愿意并且有足夠能力去學(xué)習(xí)公司產(chǎn)品的基礎(chǔ)技術(shù)知識(shí)和程序; 有產(chǎn)品和服務(wù)的展示、提升和銷售原則及方法的知識(shí); 需要的經(jīng)驗(yàn) 設(shè)定合適目標(biāo)的能力;在極少指示的情況下工作積極主動(dòng)、克服缺乏信息的問題解決能力,而不是坐以待斃; 分析問題并理解和明白切合實(shí)際的根本原因和結(jié)論; 工作態(tài)度認(rèn)真端正,并努力發(fā)展工作; 熟悉數(shù)據(jù)分析和報(bào)告; 與他人工作關(guān)系融洽友好,工作積極主動(dòng)。 REQUIRED EDUCATION, TRAINING & EXPERIENCE Four-year bachelor’s degree. Native Mandarin speaker. Proficient in English. Minimum two-year experience as sales representative in agricultural machinery companies. Previous customer technical support experience is a plus. Demonstrated willingness and ability to learn basic technical knowledge for Company products and applications. Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting and selling products and services. SKILLS REQUIRED Ability to set proper objectives and look for a self-starter to work with minimum direction. Overcome the lack of information with problem solving skills instead of leaving loose ends hanging. Analyze a problem to understand root causes and draw conclusions that fits the facts. Natural attitude to generate ideas, working hard on its development. Familiarity with data analysis and reporting. Work with others in a friendly and cooperative manner. |
