Steelwrist現(xiàn)在正在為中國(guó)團(tuán)隊(duì)尋找一位服務(wù)工程師，以繼續(xù)推動(dòng)市場(chǎng)增長(zhǎng)。 工作職責(zé) 1. 終端客戶/代理商現(xiàn)場(chǎng)安裝調(diào)試挖掘機(jī)液壓手腕/全自動(dòng)快換及相應(yīng)屬具 2. 產(chǎn)品使用及保養(yǎng)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)培訓(xùn) 3. 售后服務(wù)，現(xiàn)場(chǎng)服務(wù)技術(shù)支持, 索賠及備件管理 4. 其它 工作地點(diǎn)及其它：江蘇太倉(cāng)，出差頻率：30% 任職要求： 1. 6年以上工程機(jī)械行業(yè)售后或技術(shù)類工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，有實(shí)際動(dòng)手維修經(jīng)驗(yàn)，挖掘機(jī)相關(guān)，能操作挖掘機(jī)更佳。 2. 積極上進(jìn)，溝通能力強(qiáng)。 3. 本科及以上學(xué)歷，英語(yǔ)要求讀寫能力，可郵件溝通， Title: Service Technician Responsibility 1. Provide field installation of Excavator Tiltrotator and Automatic Quick Coupler for end customer and dealer. 2. Conduct related installation and technical training to dealer 3. Aftermarket technical support, claim/spare parts… 4. others Competence requirements: 1. Over 6 years aftermarket and technical related experience in Construction Equipment related. Must have hands on experience, Excavator preferred. 2. Active, enthusiastic and passional, good communication skills 3. Techincal college or Bachelor degree, mechanical/electrical/hydraulic related major.
