| 工作描述： |
工作職責 (Job Responsibilities) 1. 制定并監(jiān)督加工車間生產計劃，確保訂單任務按時完成。 Develop and supervise the production schedule for the machining workshop to ensure timely completion of order tasks. 2. 協(xié)調生產資源（設備/人員/物料），優(yōu)化流程提升效率。 Coordinate production resources (equipment/personnel/materials) and optimize processes to improve efficiency. 3. 監(jiān)控加工過程及員工作業(yè)流程，確保穩(wěn)定的加工狀態(tài)。 Monitor machining processes and employee workflows to ensure stable machining conditions. 4. 優(yōu)化加工工藝，解決現場工藝、質量等問題。 Optimize machining processes and resolve on-site process and quality issues. 5. 定期組織不良品分析會，提出改進方案以降低報廢率。 Organize regular non-conforming product analysis meetings, propose improvement plans to reduce scrap rates. 6. 協(xié)同設備部門推進設備預防維護保養(yǎng)，監(jiān)督運行狀態(tài)，及時排除故障隱患。 Collaborate with the equipment department to promote preventive maintenance, supervise operational status, and promptly eliminate potential failure risks. 7. 培訓操作人員規(guī)范作業(yè)，落實標準化作業(yè)及推進安全生產管理制度。 Train operators on standardized operating procedures and implement standardized work practices and safety management systems. 8. 監(jiān)控刀具/夾具等耗材使用，制定降本增效方案。 Monitor tooling/fixture and other consumable usage and develop cost-reduction and efficiency-improvement plans. 9. 推行生產現場5S管理，保障環(huán)境整潔有序。 Implement 5S management practices in the production area to maintain a clean and orderly environment. 10. 分析現場質量審核問題及推進改善措施落實。 Analyze issues identified during on-site quality audits and drive the implementation of corrective actions. 11. 高效執(zhí)行上級下達的其他任務。 Effectively execute other tasks assigned by superiors. |

任職要求 (Qualifications) 1. 大專及以上學歷，機械制造、數控技術等相關專業(yè)優(yōu)先。 College diploma or above; preference for majors in Mechanical Manufacturing, CNC Technology, or related fields. 2. 8年以上CNC加工行業(yè)工作經驗，其中至少5年CNC加工主管崗位經驗。 Over 8 years of experience in the CNC machining industry, including at least 5 years in a CNC machining supervisor role. 3. 熟悉齒輪傳動、工程機械輪邊驅動產品加工工藝，有生產管理經驗。 Familiar with machining processes for gear transmission and engineering machinery wheel hub drive systems. Possess production management experience. 4. 熟悉ISO9001或IATF16949質量管理體系。 Familiar with ISO9001 or IATF16949 quality management systems. 5. 工作認真負責，具有良好的團隊協(xié)作精神和溝通能力。 Conscientious, responsible, with strong teamwork spirit and communication skills. |
