| 工作描述： |
1、負責采購非直接生產物資和服務，如辦公設備，IT系統(tǒng)，市場活動支持類服務等；（ Responsible for the procurement of non-direct production materials and services, such as office equipment, IT systems, marketing activity support services, etc. ） 2、供應商管理包括 Supplier management, including；Supplier sourcing based on purchase plan and strategy 基于采購戰(zhàn)略和計劃尋找供應商 Supplier performance management and evaluation 供應商績效管理和評估 Supplier database update and analysis 供應商數據庫更新和分析 3、合同談判和投標文件編制；(Contract negotiation and biding document preparation) 4、采購訂單下推和按時交付；(Purchase orders issue & on time delivery) 5、風險管控；(Risk management) 6、落實年度降本任務；(Implement annual cost reduction task) |

1、本科及以上學歷, 35歲至45歲之間；(Bachelor's degree or above, between the ages of 35 and 45) 2、類似的崗位工作經驗至少5年, 熟悉采購流程和物料管理流程，熟悉采購合同的審查和管理或者有內控，流程管理分析的經驗；(Work experience in similar position at least 5 years，familiar with procurement process and material management process, familiar with the review and management of procurement contracts or have experience in internal control, process management and analysis） 3、良好的溝通能力和分析理解能力；(Good communication skill and analytical comprehension skill ) 4、有較強的守法合規(guī)意識和成本意識； （Have a strong sense of compliance and cost control） 5、英語口語和書面溝通良好；(Good oral and written communication skills in English) 6、結果導向、注重細節(jié)，積極主動，認真負責、誠實守信；(Result oriented, detail oriented, proactive, responsible, honest and trustworthy) 7、具有較強的團隊合作精神和團隊合作能力；(Have strong team spirit of cooperation and teamwork ability ) 8、具備良好的自我管理和學習能力，能適應較大的工作壓力。(Have good self-management and learning skills and able to work under pressure) |
