| 工作描述： |
1.To assure supplier quality system meet with FICOSA expectations (To audit and evaluate the new suppliers, determining whether they have the tools, the organization and the required level of quality to be a part of the FICOSA suppliers’ optimum panel.) 2.To attend the kick off meeting with the supplies for the new project (the leader of KOM is the PPL from FICOSA, and the attendance including the PE) , explain the PPAP requirement to the suppliers, especially the CRTs and the Feasibility. 3.To do the process audit in the supplier’s plant to assure the supplier’s process for FICOSA part is stable (after the validation of the initial sample by QE). 4.To define the incoming inspection list of the components and /or the assembly parts from the suppliers with QE. 5.sign the PSW to the supplier after PPAP documents is ok. 6.To meet the program milestones. 7.To link project Team with overseas suppliers managed by overseas STA. 8.To develop the suppliers in order for them to reach the quality levels demanded by FICOSA. ( such as OIL follow up, supplier development audit etc..) 9.To calculate the IMI of the suppliers monthly. 10.To support the plant (SQI) to solve the problem from the suppliers. 11.To assure supplier integration into FICOSA System ( FDS, FPS). |
