主要職責(zé)（Main Responsibilities）: • Running Production area（生產(chǎn)區(qū)域的運(yùn)行） o Through the process control to ensures quality products are produced and in accordance with specifications of customers and ISO standards 通過(guò)過(guò)程控制保證產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量和客戶(hù)的ISO標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。 o Ensure the parameters of the related equipment are correct in food area 保證食品區(qū)相關(guān)設(shè)備參數(shù)的準(zhǔn)確無(wú)誤 o Interface with manager to analyze and handle the problems that could influence production effectively 協(xié)助生產(chǎn)經(jīng)理對(duì)影響生產(chǎn)的各種問(wèn)題進(jìn)行分析和有效解決。 o Be responsible for 5S and CI implemented effectively 負(fù)責(zé)生產(chǎn)部?jī)?nèi)5S和CI改善有效執(zhí)行 o Monitor day to day machine PM 監(jiān)督設(shè)備的日常維護(hù)。 Others（其它）： o Input in customer complaint meetings 參加客戶(hù)投訴會(huì)議。 o Monitor the implementation of the data record by technician 監(jiān)督食品區(qū)內(nèi)技術(shù)員工藝參數(shù)的執(zhí)行 資格要求（Qualifications）： • Junior graduate or equivalent 大專(zhuān)或相當(dāng)學(xué)歷。 • Technical and engineering background 技術(shù)或工程背景 資質(zhì)/技能（Qualifications/Skills）: • Good English skills basic oral and written ability. 英語(yǔ)良好,能基本的讀寫(xiě)能力。 • Proficiency in computer literate 熟悉電腦操作。 • Good at implementation and following the procedure 有較強(qiáng)的執(zhí)行力和過(guò)程遵守能力 • Leadership skills and strong interpersonal and coordination abilities 具有一定的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)技能，較強(qiáng)的人際管理和協(xié)調(diào)能力。 • Training and coaching capabilities 一定的培訓(xùn)和指導(dǎo)能力。 • Be familiar with LEAN and 5S management 熟悉精益生產(chǎn)和5S改善 |
