PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: 1. Ensure that On Time Delivery and Inventory Turn are met with goal request. 2. Direct that planning team to make manufacturing schedule smoothly. 3. Direct that buyer team to improve suppliers’ delivery performance. 4. Organize material schedule to ensure new project is under control. 5. Work with ASG to achieve the material cost reduction goal. 6. Adopt the LEAD concept and Improve planning process. 7. Team management and create a cooperative culture within and out of the team. |

Good ERP experience such as Oracle, SAP etc. 4. Good oral and writing English skills. 5. Lean/TPS background or APICS certification is preferred. |
