| 工作描述： |
Responsible for all QC activities at Taicang Modex Engineering Ltd., and at Modex subcontractor’s. Responsible for coordination and arrangement of QC Inspectors for all Modex projects at Modex workshop and at Subcontractors workshops. Arrange and lead kick-off meeting with subcontractor’s and checks documentation and materials before production start. Make ITP, Quality Plan and QC Checklist for each Modex project. Understand critical check points for all Modex products and arrange QC Check lists for QC Inspectors on projects. All documentation must be in accordance with applicable standards and contractual agreements for the projects. Understand how to use applicable standards for projects, such as DNV 2.7-1, DNV 2.7-2, DNV 2.7-3 and NORSOK Z – 015. Control “Incoming Material Inspection” and arrange and maintain NCR’s for incoming material. Weekly review internal and external NCR’s and make arrangement to close open NCR’s as soon as possible. Be in front of subcontractor’s production processes to ensure that coming production processes are under control. Develop Modex QC department. Develop and train Modex internal and external QC Inspectors to a professional level for offshore business. Be Modex QC representative and responsible |

Preferable steel, machinery • Familiar with DNV 2.7-1, ASME, ISO 9001 etc. preferable Competences: • Possess logic and solid problem solving capability • Good interpersonal skills (can communicate with all levels of people effectively) • English skills. Writing, reading and talking • Loyal, honest and disciplined. Strong responsibility for Quality Control and Assurance • Able to work under high pressure • Team player |
