| 工作描述： |
• Get all customers programs. • Review the clients’ program variations and their impact on the production planning. • Make the whole planning process (PDP, MRP, MPS) with production managers • Analyze and estimate the work charges of installations, machines and human resources, optimizing its use. • Define the assembly lines production sequence. • Verify daily the fulfillment of the “build to schedule” and to reprogram it in case of non-fulfillment. • Participate in the daily meeting of Production Control. • Identify areas for improvement in his/her area and to participate in the continuous improvement activities of the area following the FMS lean model and the strategic guidelines. • Actively cooperate with the Department in the maintenance, promotion and improvement of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) and Environment. |
