| 工作描述： |
Develop new hydraulic system designs, continuously improve the quality of current hydraulic systems, and identify and implement cost reduction opportunities. Key Tasks: Conduct hydraulic system analyses via hand calculations and software tools. Develop high quality and cost effective hydraulic system designs. Create hydraulic component specifications and oil block drawings. Create hydraulic system BOM lists. Develop in-plant assembly and test procedures, and work instructions. Support the quality engineer in developing hydraulic component and system quality checklists. Develop hydraulic system operation and service training manuals. Provide hydraulic system training to technical support / customer service personnel. Develop system or component testing platforms, if required. Develop strong working relationships with engineering team, other cross-functional teams, and customers. |

1. Ability to use Autocad or Solidworks for creating 2D / 3D drawings and schematics. 2. Ability to conduct hydraulic system simulations using AMESim, Adams, or Matlab is a plus. 3. Capable of conducting hand calculations (Hydraulics performance 、Hydraulics schematics &drawings). 4. At least 2+ years of hydraulic system design and integration experience. 5. Work experience in heavy equipment industries is a plus. 6. Displays high personal integrity behaving in an open and honest manner. 7. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a team player. 8. Self motivated and results oriented. 9. Highly organized with a strong focus on work documentation. 10. Strong technically with good analysis capabilities，hands-on, practical, and a good problem solver. |
