Taicang- Plumbing system生活水系統(tǒng) 1.Implement application/product management activities and contribute to development of plans and roadmaps to increase sales and profitability of assigned application/product. 對所分配產(chǎn)品線負(fù)責(zé)，實施產(chǎn)品應(yīng)用，產(chǎn)品管理，參與產(chǎn)品規(guī)劃和路線圖制訂，為銷售額和利潤增長做貢獻(xiàn)； 2.Participate in and manage selected offering development and product roll-out projects. 參與管理所負(fù)責(zé)產(chǎn)品線新產(chǎn)品研發(fā)項目跟進(jìn)； 3.Liaise with internal and external stakeholders and keep updated on market trends to ensure application/product roadmaps are aligned, ensuring that they respond to the needs of the business and customer needs. 負(fù)責(zé)與內(nèi)部和外部各部門溝通，并研究市場趨勢，確保產(chǎn)品發(fā)展路線圖的正確方向； 4.Drive cooperation with relevant stakeholders e.g. product development, product management/application, and sales to improve the performance of the application/product group. 與研發(fā)、銷售等部門合作，改進(jìn)產(chǎn)品組合； 5.Provide technical support for internal stakeholders and troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve technical problems. 為客戶提供相關(guān)技術(shù)支持，調(diào)查、跟進(jìn)并解決技術(shù)相關(guān)投訴； 6.Train and educate internal stakeholders on the features of the products and services to ensure they have the required level of knowledge. 為內(nèi)部人員提供產(chǎn)品知識相關(guān)培訓(xùn)，并確保其獲得必要的產(chǎn)品應(yīng)用技能； 7.Work closely with R&D and factories as a support pilot on product development programs and processes, ensure on schedule and on KPI delivery and competitiveness in the market. 與生產(chǎn)和研發(fā)部門合作，主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)品研發(fā)過程，確保進(jìn)度和關(guān)鍵結(jié)果； 8.Track product financial performance and conduct related analysis and report 收集產(chǎn)品銷售相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)，進(jìn)行分析并提供建議。 |

1.Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering --Experienced (“Hands-on”) in plumbing (installation, pipe / equipment sizing, specifying plumbing system components etc.). --Experienced as CAD technician --Understands and applies state and local and model codes as related to buildings and plumbing design. --Assists field reps and customers in answering plumbing and plumbing equipment specific questions. --Assists customer service center in resolving technical claims related to plumbing products --Carries out plumbing products specific development projects 2.Previous experience in manufacturing 3.Strong skills of coordination between cross functions 4.Familiar with ERP system 5.Result oriented 6.MNC background preferred 7.Good to excellent English skill 8.Good in PPT, WORD & EXCEL |
