主要職責(zé)(Main Responsibilities): • Customer Relationship Management regarding Quality issues • 質(zhì)量問題的客戶關(guān)系的管理 o Implementing periodic customer visits o 實(shí)施定期的客戶訪問 o Handling with customer complaint process o 處理客戶抱怨 o Routine maintenance for customer relationship etc. o 客戶關(guān)系的日常維護(hù)等 • Customer/Third-party/Internal Audit • 客戶/第三方/內(nèi)部審核 • Food Safety Quality Management System 食品安全質(zhì)量管理體系 (ISO22000:2005/GMP/QS等) o Ensure compliance with food safety quality management system and customer/external /internal audit requirements o 確保滿足食品安全質(zhì)量管理體系和客戶/外部/內(nèi)部的審核要求 o Prepare and successfully pass all related audits o 準(zhǔn)備和成功通過所有相關(guān)審核 o Continual improvement of food safety quality management system o 負(fù)責(zé)食品安全質(zhì)量管理體系的持續(xù)改進(jìn) • Documentation文件管控 o Validation, distribution, callback and scrap of food safety quality management system documents o 負(fù)責(zé)食品安全質(zhì)量管理體系文件的生效、分發(fā)、回收及報(bào)廢等 o Uniform management for archives and timely tidying for stat. of food safety quality management system documents o 負(fù)責(zé)食品安全質(zhì)量管理文件的統(tǒng)一管理歸檔及定期整理統(tǒng)計(jì) o Monitoring for the operation of food safety quality management system documents o 負(fù)責(zé)監(jiān)督食品安全質(zhì)量管理體系文件的運(yùn)行等 • Devices & equipment regarding food safety calibration and related management etc. (Calibration list/certificates/ labels etc.) • 與食品安全有關(guān)的儀器設(shè)備計(jì)量的統(tǒng)一安排和相關(guān)管理等(臺(tái)賬、校驗(yàn)證書及標(biāo)簽等) • Responsible for implement and management regarding plant pest control • 負(fù)責(zé)廠內(nèi)蟲害工作的實(shí)施管理 • Responsible for the mock, start-up and implement for products’ recall as assistant etc. • 協(xié)助負(fù)責(zé)產(chǎn)品召回的模擬、啟動(dòng)及實(shí)施等 資格要求(Qualifications): • University Degree in related field or equivalent 大學(xué)畢業(yè),相關(guān)專業(yè) • 5 years of work experience in the same role 5年以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn) • Previous supervisory role is a plus 有管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先 • Experience in accreditation and implementation of QS system ISO22000:2005 food safety management system 有QS 系統(tǒng)管理ISO22000:2005食品安全管理體系相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn) • Know the laws and standard regarding food safety etc. 掌握與食品安全有關(guān)的法律法規(guī)及標(biāo)準(zhǔn)等 資質(zhì)/技能(Qualifications/Skills: • Proficiency of computer literate 熟練應(yīng)用電腦 • Strong capability of coordination, organization and analysis. 很強(qiáng)的組織、協(xié)調(diào)和分析能力 • Numerical skills 很強(qiáng)的數(shù)字表達(dá)能力 • Ability to manage Customer Relations 有能力去管理維護(hù)客戶關(guān)系 • Able to conduct training etc. 有能力去執(zhí)行培訓(xùn)等 |
