工程主管 主要職責（Main Responsibilities）: • Provide services and maintenance of machines on site 現(xiàn)場提供維修維護設備 • Ensure preventive maintenance is performed 采取防御性維護措施 • Ensure machine breakdowns are repaired 維修機器故障，監(jiān)督協(xié)調工作 • Ensure current and accurate record of maintenance 確保維修記錄 • Ensure all relevant manufacturer modifications and updates are performed / installed 確保所有相關生產廠家的更新，以及安裝設備 • Ensure a sound spare part warehouse 倉庫配件管理 • Maintain good housekeeping 保持良好的貨物管理 • Ensure availability of spare parts 確保配件的安置 • Manage contractors on site 管理現(xiàn)場承包商 • Ensure all employees understand and follow company policies and procedures 確保所有員工理解并遵守公司的規(guī)章制度 • Ensure team works together as efficiently as possible 確保團隊工作有效地進行 • Assesses training needs of staff and ensures execution of training 評估員工培訓需求和確保培訓的實施 • Ensures staff are brought in to cover absenteeism and holidays 調度員工順利生產 • Correctly records time and attendance of team 正確記錄員工考勤 • Performs annual Performance Evaluation 進行年度工作評估 資格要求（Qualifications）： • University degree in electric automatization or mechanical engineering or equivalent experience 本科以上電氣自動化或機械工程相關專業(yè) • Minimum four years of work experience in a similar role in manufacturing industry 至少4年在制造型行業(yè)相關崗位的工作經驗 • Experience with Computer Control Systems on machines and hydraulic / pneumatic systems 有電腦機器控制系統(tǒng)或者液壓氣動系統(tǒng)工作經歷 • Hands on experience in running busy engineering department 操控機械設備的經歷 • Project management experience 項目管理經驗 資格/技能Qualifications/Skills: • Very good English skills (verbal, writing, reading) 良好英語能力（口語,書面,閱讀） • Strong leadership and organization capabilities 有領導和組織能力 • Good at negotiation and communication 善于溝通和協(xié)商 • Cost saving and budgeting skills 成本節(jié)約和預算技能 |
