| 工作描述： |
1. Support to coordinates the day-to-day activities of a team of workers to ensure that operations run according to specifications and schedules; volume, cost, and wastage targets; and quality standards. 2. Support to monitors the volume and quality of output and adjust tasks, timing, equipment set-up, or inputs so that specifications are met and resources are used efficiently. 3. Support to supervise staff to ensure that all tasks are performed, and all machines and equipment operated safely. 4. Support to trains new workers in the organization’s operating procedures and standards. 5. Support to prepare and maintains reports so that performance problems can be analyzed, identified and resolved. 6. Has cross-functional responsibilities including staffing, resource planning, human resources and safety. |
