| 工作描述： |
1. 解決與生產(chǎn)工藝與設(shè)備相關(guān)問題，以降低各種生產(chǎn)成本和費(fèi)用。 Solve the process and machine issue to reduce the production cost. 2. 計(jì)劃組織一些如工藝、機(jī)器和維護(hù)方面的活動(dòng)。 Organize the improvement activity on process, machine and maintenances. 3. 跟進(jìn)車間的試產(chǎn)/生產(chǎn)，并協(xié)助車間解決生產(chǎn)疑難問題。 Co-work with PM for the new product and trial production, and support the production supervisor to solve the production problem. 4. 協(xié)助查處生產(chǎn)車間涉及生產(chǎn)環(huán)節(jié)的投訴/退貨問題，對(duì)投訴產(chǎn)品的檢查和落實(shí)處理方案。 Analyze the quality complaint from our production. And check and take action for it. 5. 檢查生產(chǎn)中有關(guān)原料、半成品與成品過期貨情況，并追蹤處理方案。 Check the abnormal material/product in process. And deal with this material by requirement 6. 審核生產(chǎn)設(shè)備及安裝以確保符合生產(chǎn)要求。 Check and evaluate the availability of machine 7. 為與生產(chǎn)工藝有關(guān)的各種比較復(fù)雜和不尋常的問題提供解決方法。 Support the solve the complicated issue in process 8. 進(jìn)行有關(guān)工廠布局、設(shè)備產(chǎn)能和工藝改進(jìn)、降低費(fèi)用的研究，并為管理層提供數(shù)據(jù)。 Evaluate the layout, production capacity; lead the process improvement, cost down project. Support the management data to production manager. 9. 學(xué)習(xí)新投產(chǎn)設(shè)備的使用和維護(hù)，并制定相應(yīng)的生產(chǎn)操作指導(dǎo)書。 Learn the operation of new machine and setup the maintenance work standard for workers. 10. 依據(jù)控制計(jì)劃，工藝要求等制定生產(chǎn)員工作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書，點(diǎn)檢表。 Prepare the work instruction/production checklist by the CP, technological requirements. 11. 負(fù)責(zé)量產(chǎn)后生產(chǎn)過程中的工程變更相關(guān)事項(xiàng) Is owner of defined serial products after SOP (volume products after sales, OE products) and is head of change projects in case changes can be covered by production department. |

1. 本科及以上學(xué)歷，工業(yè)工程類專業(yè)或相關(guān)理工科；工業(yè)工程專業(yè)優(yōu)先 Bachelor degree or above, major in IE or relevant science and engineering; IE is preferred; 2. 3年以上生產(chǎn)管理工作經(jīng)驗(yàn) Have a minimum of 3 years manufacturing experience 3. 熟悉精益理念，精通精益生產(chǎn)相關(guān)知識(shí)和工具（5S，七種浪費(fèi)，改善，目視化管理等）； Familiar with lean theory, proficient in lean production knowledge and tools (5s, 7 kinds of waste, improve, visual management etc.); 4. 有新技術(shù)或新產(chǎn)品運(yùn)行的項(xiàng)目管理經(jīng)驗(yàn) Project management experience with technical investments and start ups new products in production 5.良好的溝通能力和團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神； Good communication skills and teamwork spirit; 6.英語良好，CET4及以上； Good English skills, CET 4 or above; 7.熟練操作電腦及OFFICE辦公軟件。 Familiar with MS office |
