| 工作描述： |
職位描述： 1. 提供IT技術支持，解決相關部門軟硬件問題，辦公設備問題以及網絡連接問題等 2. 善于排除電腦故障,熟悉相關電腦系統(tǒng)（如Lotus Notes/反病毒軟件等） 3. 通過電話或者遠程控制來協(xié)助用戶排除故障以及現場支持 4. 計算機系統(tǒng)必要的的維護和升級 5. 從專業(yè)的角度向用戶提出建議 1. Provide helpdesk service for users, support them for daily issues like hardware and software issues, office equipments issues, and network connectivity issues. 2. Supports and troubleshoots problems related with Widows operation system and software (Office/Lotus Notes/Anti-Virus software, etc) 3. Troubleshooting user’s problem over the phone and with remote control technologies as well as on-site support; 4. Maintenance and upgrading of computer systems if needed 5. Make appropriate action and advise useful recommendations to the end users |

Good knowledge and experience with Windows 2003 and 2008 Servers, Office2007/2010, Windows XP/Win7 3. Good knowledge and experience with LAN/WAN maintenance 4. Good English and Mandarin speaking and writing skills; 5. Well developed interpersonal, communication skills 6. Having service mind and client service attitude |
