| 工作描述： |
1. Coordinate all MRO activities to ensure timely and cost effective purchasing and receipt of necessary equipment and suppliers to ensure continued operation 2. Conducting research to ascertain the best products and suppliers in terms of best value, delivery schedules and quality; 3. Properly usage of current ERP and PIP system; 4. Establish minimum order quantities, deliveries, backup items, and which vendors to supplier products; 5. Drive analysis to reduce inventory cost; 6. Visit suppliers, testing of new and better products; 7. Cooperate with internal departments to coordinate and boost new localization process; 8. Ensures all purchasing procedures and guidelines are followed; 9. Support logistic to deal with complains about 3rd party supplier of delivery issues; 10. Monthly analysis transportation cost, keep reduce the transportation cost; 11. Support HR and Admin to complete some contract.; 12. Control issues: response commodities daily purchasing- daily order tracking; 13. OTD tracking; 14. Complain tracking. |
