Assist with the manager for process specifications, Real time optimization of the process to improve the efficiency and productivity 協(xié)助部門經理對設備、設施的運行進行優(yōu)化，提高效率及減小故障率。 Liaise with maintenance guys from Bristol to keep the equipment in same condition. 與總部設備維修人員溝通，確保設備正常運行。 Participate in all the equipment’s maintenance/ PM to keep the products are all good. 參與生產設備的維修、維護及保養(yǎng)，確保產品質量合格。 Assist warehouse department to set the spare parts' safety-stock rate about the electrical parts. 協(xié)助倉庫部門建立關于電氣方面的備件最小庫存量。 Involve the material & equipment supplier evaluation to ensure they meet required specification 參與備件及設備供應商評估，確保其滿足產品規(guī)范要求。 To raise all the mechanic maintenance skill. 提升本部門維修人員的技能，以減少設備的停機時間及增加設備維修間隔時間。 |
