| 工作描述： |
Main Responsibility： 主要職責(zé)： To maintain strong rapport with current customers within geographic region for long term business partnership. To hunt continuous growth opportunities in new products and customers in business regions. To implement strategic marketing plans to achieve key sales performance indicators. To review, analyze and report sales performance periodically (monthly, quarterly) and execute corrective actions to improve performance in the ensuing period(s). To analyze competitors' status to ensure awareness of market share to establish a dominant market position. To develop sales strategy with marketing personnel for the profitable business opportunities. To work closely with production, logistic and support personnel. To develop and motivate subordinate sales team. To ensure accounts receivable are observed according to the Company’s policy for the healthy working capital running. Other responsibilities assigned by line supervisor/manager. |

Requirement： 任職要求： The person should have a University degree. MBA will be an advantage. Have good knowledge of business environment in China. Strong leadership skills Have creative thinking ability and strong market analytical skills Have excellent interpersonal skills within and outside the organization – peers, customers, government, business associates, etc. Willing to travel intensively in China. Have excellent supervisory and motivational skills. Good knowledge in financial and accounting implications to product costing, relationship between volume, contribution and profitability of the company Should have at least eight years’ sales management experience in industrial products, preferably from the metal / chemical industry. Demonstrated track record in opening and closing of business deals, contracts with local and global customers. Have strong command of written and oral Chinese and English. Conversant in application of Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes, ERP system (BPCS) |
