| 工作描述： |
• Familiar with the basic capability parameters of plant electrical equipment & mould heating wires and technical parameters of important components. • Develop process & WI to guide production and ensure that the production process meets technology. • Develop procedures, simplifying production processes and improve efficiency. • Training of relevant personnel, improve professional skill training. • Analysis of quality accident, accidents, and propose improvement measures. • Implement disciplinary process implementation and assess the situation. • According to the process, process design, organization of workshop process audit, equipment, tooling deployment. • Participation in the design and development of new products, assist workshop to develop new product development plans, management of preparation and modification work, audit the use of equipment and tooling, and to check the equipment and tooling production requirements compliance. • Introduction and implementation of lean production, improve production efficiency and quality. |
