職責(zé)描述 Main responsibilities: 1.根據(jù)生產(chǎn)需求計劃進行物料的采購供應(yīng)； Daily procurement for BOM material 2.與計劃、質(zhì)量、生產(chǎn)等部門的溝通配合完成物料供應(yīng)任務(wù)； Communicate with planning, quality and production for material procurement. 3.協(xié)助供應(yīng)商不斷改善產(chǎn)品制造及質(zhì)量控制、檢驗等流程； Coordinate with suppliers for material related issues 4.管理部門相關(guān)文件和流程； Managing procurement documents and processes with related functions. 5.從內(nèi)部和外部持續(xù)優(yōu)化采購流程； Improve the procurement process internally and externally 6.向供應(yīng)商開發(fā)部提供供應(yīng)商準時交貨和服務(wù)質(zhì)量報告 ； Provide supplier on time delivery report and service assessment for sourcing team 7.完成上級主管安排的其他工作； Other responsibilities from the management. 教育背景 Education: 本科或以上學(xué)歷；理工科背景；熟練的英文讀寫能力 Bachelor degree or above; Bio-science and related disciplines; Fluent both in oral and written English 相關(guān)經(jīng)驗要求 Required work experience related to position: 至少3-5年的外資企業(yè)采購或供應(yīng)商開發(fā)崗位工作經(jīng)驗；有SAP軟件使用經(jīng)驗；良好的溝通能力 MNC Procurement or Sourcing function more than 3-5 years ; SAP experience; Excellent communication skills 特殊要求 Special requirements 有體外診斷行業(yè)研發(fā)、生產(chǎn)或者質(zhì)量管理等相關(guān)經(jīng)驗 IVD R&D, manufacturing or Quality mgt related background is preferred |
