DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1.Make purchasing plans and handle routine purchasing activities. 2.Follow up the delivery of purchased articles and provide the necessary expediting to ensure a timely supplying for production. 3. Assist functional departments in handling the quality issues of purchased goods, which includes but not limited to providing the coordination of repair, return or replacement. 4. Draft payment schedule and make payment. 5. Supplier performance monitoring and supplier relationship management. 6. Other responsibilities as assigned by Supervisor. JOB QUALIFICATIONS: 1. Be excellent negotiator and team player with strong problem-solving skills. 2. Good in written and oral in English 3. self-motivated, honest, responsible and team spirit It's a 6-month temporary job, but the salary will be higher than the market average level. |
