Main responsibilities 1.Dealing with oversea orders, sample orders, after sales orders, 海外訂單、樣品訂單、售后訂單維護和處理 2.Relevant billings in SAP, checking delivery quantity with customer and applying for VAT invoice issue to Finance Department for domestic business. SAP系統(tǒng)相關(guān)賬單的跟蹤處理，與客戶確認(rèn)發(fā)貨數(shù)量并向財務(wù)部門申請開票事宜 3.Provide an appropriate delivery date to our customer in time and keep tracking the delivery. 及時向客戶提供送貨時間并確保產(chǎn)品及時交付 4.Tracking payment for oversea orders ,sample orders and after sales orders 跟進海外訂單、樣品訂單、售后訂單的付款情況 5.Customer satisfaction&service rate maintenance 客戶服務(wù)滿意度維護 6.Maintain the pirces, part number and material in time in SAP at sample phase 樣品開發(fā)階段，在SAP中及時維護產(chǎn)品價格、零件號和物料等 7.Assist Key Account Manager in PDM data maintaining work. 協(xié)助大客戶經(jīng)理進行PDM中數(shù)據(jù)維護工作 8.Coordinate the customer complaint 協(xié)調(diào)客訴 9.Good internal coordination with all department 與各部門間良好的內(nèi)部協(xié)作 |

Requirements to candidates: 1.Colleague education or above ?？埔陨蠈W(xué)歷 2.At least 1 years relevant work experience, automotive industry experience 至少1年以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗, 汽車制造業(yè)經(jīng)驗 3.Be familiar with SAP SD module (like creating/revising/deleting SO and billings) and experience of using SAP at least for one year 熟悉SAP的SD模塊（如創(chuàng)建/修改/刪除SO和賬單）并且至少有一年SAP的操作經(jīng)驗 4.Good communication and coordination ability 優(yōu)秀的溝通能力及協(xié)調(diào)能力 5.Good English in speaking & written, can easily communicate with customers and FTE colleagues at different offices and plants abroad as well 英語流利,可與客戶、FTE各地的同事進行無障礙溝通 6.Good computer skills 電腦操作佳 7.Sence of responsibility, deligence and good team work spirit 具有責(zé)任感、敬業(yè)和良好的團隊精神 |
