| 工作描述： |
1.協(xié)助項目經(jīng)理負責產(chǎn)品機械部分的報價 Assist project manager to prepare quote for the mechanical parts of non-standard machines. 2.使用機械設計軟件負責產(chǎn)品的機械部件/機械零件設計 Technical design and detail design of non-standard machines and equipments using mechancial design software 3.負責機械部分配件的選型，保證其符合我們的技術要求 Responsible for selection of mechancial spare parts,ensure the purchased parts fulfill the requiements in terms of function ,durability 4.負責繪制機械零部件圖紙、裝配圖紙，并根據(jù)技術或客戶的需求進更改 Responsible for drawing up mechancial and assembly drawings ,make technical changes as required by customers or through process 5.為供應商提供技術指導以保證供應商理解產(chǎn)品規(guī)格和要求 Technical reviews with the suppliers to ensure the supplier understand the product sepcifications and requirements. 6.撰寫符合國家標準的技術資料，包括BOM清單、產(chǎn)品規(guī)范、機械圖紙、原材料標準等，掌握國家最新的技術規(guī)范/標準。 Prepare GB complicant technical documents for mechnical parts of non-standard machines and equipments such as BOM list,product specification ,mechancial drawings ,materials standards etc,be familiar with the current national regulations and standards 7.負責給現(xiàn)場裝配、生產(chǎn)部、采購部、項目部等提供必要的技術支持 Provide technical support for on-site assembly and other internal departments such as prodcution, purchase and project management department 8.和德國機械設計部門就技術問題做好溝通和協(xié)調工作 Communicate and coordinate with mechanical construction department in Germany on technical issues. |
