Identify and manage process improvements relating product quality, cost, cycle time and manufacturing line efficiencies. Support of taking over procedures and execution of the necessary documentation. Arrangement of all related WI training. Executing TPM with manufacturing department. Fully support the Manufacturing, Quality and Logistic colleagues in the production department. Following the arrangement of superior. • Participation in the design and development of new products, assist workshop to develop new product development plans, management of preparation and modification work, audit the use of equipment and tooling, and to check the equipment and tooling production requirements compliance. Report in the weekly process meeting |

Functional requirements： Professional skills：Using AUTO CAD, UG, Solidwork CAD software and other lean manufacturing experience preferred. Education:College or above, major in Mechanical Engineering or other related technical field, Mechatronic is prefer. Personal: Personal skill requirements:Team Player, good interpersonal skills. Responsible and able to work independently, Self-supporting work manner. Languages:Excellent English, CET-6, good English speaking and writing. |
