崗位職責(zé)： 1. 60% DC Inventory Management DC庫存管理 - Control DC inventory from both system and physical goods perspective and ensure alignment between SAP and WMS, ensure month end inventory balance. 從系統(tǒng)和實(shí)物兩個(gè)角度控制DC庫存，并確保SAP和WMS之間保持一致，確保月末庫存平衡 - Monitor all inventory adjustments in WMS performed and identify the root causes. 監(jiān)視WMS中執(zhí)行的所有庫存調(diào)整并確定根本原因 - Perform inventory adjustment in SAP, following the company policies strictly. Take charge of SAP error cleaning & inventory control in SAP system. 嚴(yán)格遵守公司政策，在SAP中執(zhí)行庫存調(diào)整。負(fù)責(zé)SAP系統(tǒng)中的SAP錯(cuò)誤清除和庫存控制 - Check the root cause of system errors and be responsible for system process improvement. 檢查系統(tǒng)錯(cuò)誤的根本原因，并負(fù)責(zé)系統(tǒng)過程的改進(jìn) - Work with DC team & order management team to ensure the return inventory balance and solve related system issues. 與DC團(tuán)隊(duì)和訂單管理團(tuán)隊(duì)合作，以確保退貨庫存平衡并解決相關(guān)的系統(tǒng)問題 - Provide all kinds of inventory tracking report with rational analysis to Nike internal departments to support business needs. Take initiative to create inventory reports for various purposes once needed. 向耐克提供所有具有合理分析能力的庫存跟蹤報(bào)告，以支持業(yè)務(wù)需求。主動(dòng)根據(jù)需要?jiǎng)?chuàng)建用于各種目的的庫存報(bào)告 - Coordinate with Nike brand integrity team and DC team to fulfill all quality related & rework request. 與耐克團(tuán)隊(duì)和DC團(tuán)隊(duì)進(jìn)行協(xié)調(diào)，以滿足所有與質(zhì)量相關(guān)或返工要求 2. 40% DC Operations - Understand DC process and company policy well, make sure DC process in compliance with policy. 充分了解DC流程和公司政策，確保DC流程符合政策規(guī)定 - Keep good working relationships with external partners, on-site monitor DC operation process if needed. 與外部合作伙伴保持良好的工作關(guān)系，如有需要，可在現(xiàn)場監(jiān)控DC操作過程 |

任職條件： 1.Minimum of 1-2 year working experience in DC operation, and inventory management skills is preferred DC運(yùn)營1-2年工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，有庫存管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。 2.Communication/Language: Fluent in English and Mandarin 流利的英文和普通話。 3.Other: Proficient in using Excel/ PowerPoint; strong knowledge of analysis tools skill. 熟練使用Excel/PowerPoint，擁有較強(qiáng)的數(shù)據(jù)分析能力。 |
