主要職責(zé)（Main Responsibilities）: 1.Customer Relationship Management regarding Quality issues質(zhì)量問題的客戶關(guān)系的管理 o Implementing periodic customer visits實施定期的客戶訪問 o Handling with customer complaint/feedback process on quality issues處理客戶投訴及反饋的質(zhì)量問題 o Routine maintenance for customer relationship etc. 客戶關(guān)系的日常維護等 o CCH system utilization CCH客訴系統(tǒng)的運用 2.Customer/Third-party/Internal Audit (Preparation/CAPA closing tracking etc.) 客戶/第三方/內(nèi)部審核 (準(zhǔn)備/CAPA整改關(guān)閉跟進等) 3.Food Safety Quality Management System食品安全質(zhì)量管理體系(ISO9001/ISO22000/GMP/HACCP/QS etc.) o Ensure compliance with food safety quality management system and customer/external /internal audit requirements確保滿足食品安全質(zhì)量管理體系和客戶/外部/內(nèi)部的審核要求 o Prepare and successfully pass all related audits 準(zhǔn)備和成功通過所有相關(guān)審核 o Continual improvement of food safety quality management system負(fù)責(zé)食品安全質(zhì)量管理體系的持續(xù)改進 4.Documentation文件管控 o Validation, distribution, callback and scrap of food safety quality management system documents 負(fù)責(zé)食品安全質(zhì)量管理體系文件的生效、分發(fā)、回收及報廢等 o Uniform management for archives and timely tidying for stat. of food safety quality management system documents 負(fù)責(zé)食品安全質(zhì)量管理文件的統(tǒng)一管理歸檔及定期整理統(tǒng)計 o Monitoring for the operation of food safety quality management system documents負(fù)責(zé)監(jiān)督食品安全質(zhì)量管理體系文件的運行等 5.Devices & equipment regarding food safety calibration and related management etc. (Calibration list/certificates/ labels etc.) 與食品安全有關(guān)的儀器設(shè)備計量的統(tǒng)一安排和相關(guān)管理等（臺賬、校驗證書及標(biāo)簽等） 6.Responsible for implement and management regarding plant pest control負(fù)責(zé)廠內(nèi)蟲害工作的實施管理 7.Responsible for the mock, start-up and implement for products’ recall as assistant etc.協(xié)助負(fù)責(zé)產(chǎn)品召回的模擬、啟動及實施等 8.Responsible for the practice, tracking and summary of plant APM2 project負(fù)責(zé)工廠APM2項目的推行、跟進及總結(jié) 9.Perform process control per routine plant check通過日常的工廠巡查，執(zhí)行工廠的過程監(jiān)控 10.Coordinate to conduct plant NEXT, 5S and safety concern reporting projects 配合執(zhí)行工廠的NEXT，5S和安全隱患匯報項目 11.Other tasks assigned by quality manager etc.質(zhì)量經(jīng)理安排的其它相關(guān)工作等 |

•Junior college degree in related field or equivalent 大專及相等學(xué)歷 •Min 3 years’ experience in similar role in manufacturing environment, plastic industry will be preferred 至少3年在同等行業(yè)的工作經(jīng)驗 •Previous supervisory role is a plus 有管理經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先 •Experience in accreditation and implementation of ISO9001quality management system and ISO22000 food safety management system 有ISO9001質(zhì)量管理體系和ISO22000食品安全管理體系相關(guān)經(jīng)驗 •Know the laws and regulations and standard regarding food safety etc. 掌握與食品安全有關(guān)的法律法規(guī)及標(biāo)準(zhǔn)等 |
