ACCOUNTABILITIES崗位職責: 1. Contribute to on-going cleansing and maintenance of SAP master data by driving data entry standards for formatting, completeness, and accuracy to meet business requirements 2. Provide day-to-day support to cross-functional internal and external customers as related to SAP master data changes, ensure data accuracy & change timeliness. 3. Responsible for ongoing data quality initiatives such as research, match/merging and various aspects of data cleansing to remediate issues identified. 4. Actively participate in team objectives. 5. Contribute to and execute ongoing process improvement initiatives. 6. Responsible for coordinating and processing SAP master data maintenance procedure in tune with the business need. 7. Coach relevant SAP users for master data application process and basic knowledge. 8. Train & coach customer service specialist for MDM basic operations 9. Support global SAP master data team to implement system upgrade at local market per global instruction 10. Fulfill internal control framework to review SAP configurations periodically 11. Assess the implications of requested change from business functions or global teams, and take follow up actions. 12. Support SAP related projects and work closely with global & local teams. 13. Coordinate business functions for data validation and cleansing following guideline of Global Master Data management 14. Support other tasks assigned by line manager JOB COMPETENCIES工作能力: · Strong communication & interpersonal skills · Strong attention to details & process · Strong competence in data analysis and critical thinking · Strong organizational, planning & time management skills · Strong learning agility to master various operation & business processes. · Must be able to work in a constantly changing environment with good adaptability to handle pressure · Team player with positive attitude · Capable of managing multiple tasks and prioritize · Proficient in MS Office 365 · Good level of spoken and written English is a must · Service oriented & result oriented mindset is required BACKGROUND REQUIREMENTS背景要求: · Bachelor’s degree or above · Extensive experience & knowledge with SAP system · Previous experience in Master Data Management or ERP IT projects is preferred · Experience in FMCG industry is a plus |
