優(yōu)秀應(yīng)屆（機(jī)械相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)）畢業(yè)生亦可考慮。 1. 制定及實(shí)施指定銷(xiāo)售區(qū)域的銷(xiāo)售策略，確保達(dá)成銷(xiāo)售及利潤(rùn)目標(biāo)。 Develop and implement sales tactics for assigned region that ensure attainment of sales goals and profitability. 2. 通過(guò)各種渠道發(fā)展開(kāi)發(fā)新客戶(hù)的線(xiàn)索。 Develop leads to potential new customers through various sources. 3. 通過(guò)客戶(hù)會(huì)議等方式拓展生意機(jī)會(huì)渠道、開(kāi)發(fā)新客戶(hù)等，擴(kuò)展公司的客戶(hù)群。 Grow the company’s customer base through opening new accounts and develop a pipeline of opportunities through regular client meetings. 4. 負(fù)責(zé)指定區(qū)域內(nèi)已有客戶(hù)的業(yè)務(wù)，維護(hù)客戶(hù)關(guān)系及滿(mǎn)意度。 Take care of existing customer business in assigned region, maintain customer relationship and satisfaction. 5. 分析并理解客戶(hù)的需求，并提供最能滿(mǎn)足客戶(hù)要求的產(chǎn)品和服務(wù)。 Analyze and understand customer’s business needs and provide products and services best fit customer requirements. 6. 協(xié)調(diào)公司技術(shù)、生產(chǎn)、服務(wù)等部門(mén)妥善履行已簽署的銷(xiāo)售合同，并確保客戶(hù)按時(shí)支付款項(xiàng)。 Coordinate company technical, production, and service resources to properly execute signed sales contracts, and ensure customer make payment in time. 7. 通過(guò)提供杰出的支持，并作為深受信任的顧問(wèn)，在整個(gè)銷(xiāo)售過(guò)程中引導(dǎo)客戶(hù)。 Lead customers through the sales process as trusted advisor and by providing outstanding support. 8. 深入理解客戶(hù)的產(chǎn)品、服務(wù)、銷(xiāo)售目標(biāo)及策略、定價(jià)、交付安裝政策及上述實(shí)踐，以期恰當(dāng)回應(yīng)客戶(hù)的要求。 Maintain thorough knowledge of the Client’s products/services, sales objectives and strategies, pricing and delivery/installation policies and practices to be able to respond properly to customer requests. 9. 維護(hù)公司客戶(hù)關(guān)系管理系統(tǒng)，保證所有的價(jià)格、銷(xiāo)售行為、客戶(hù)數(shù)據(jù)、機(jī)會(huì)等數(shù)據(jù)記錄的準(zhǔn)確。 Maintain accurate records of all pricings, sales activities, customer data, opportunities, etc. via company CRM system. 10. 準(zhǔn)備并提交準(zhǔn)確的、更新的銷(xiāo)售預(yù)測(cè)。 Manage and ensure accurate and updated sales forecast. 11. 向銷(xiāo)售總監(jiān)報(bào)告所負(fù)責(zé)區(qū)域的銷(xiāo)售活動(dòng)及業(yè)績(jī)。 Report sales activities and performance for assigned market to sales director. 12. 確保遵守所有相關(guān)的法律法規(guī)要求。 Ensure compliance with all applicable local laws and regulations. 13. 完成上級(jí)及公司交辦的其他任務(wù)。 Complete other tasks assigned by superiors and company. |
