| 工作描述： |
1. 遵守公司和部門各項(xiàng)規(guī)章制度，配合各部門完成各項(xiàng)與質(zhì)量相關(guān)的工作。 Abide by the rules and regulations of the company and the department, and cooperate with each department to complete various quality-related work. 2. 完成實(shí)驗(yàn)室日常工作任務(wù)。 Execute tasks of the daily work in the laboratory. 3. 負(fù)責(zé)實(shí)驗(yàn)室日常設(shè)備以及相關(guān)物品的管理和使用。 Use and maintain the laboratory equipment and the related devices. 4. 與銷售及客戶對接進(jìn)行客戶實(shí)驗(yàn)的報價。 Co-work with sales and customer in offering quotation for laboratory trials for customers. 5. 對客戶實(shí)驗(yàn)進(jìn)項(xiàng)計劃安排并試做。 Prepare and coordinate of the trail works for customers. 6. 負(fù)責(zé)客戶實(shí)驗(yàn)產(chǎn)品的管理以及后續(xù)的跟蹤工作。 Execute the customer trials and support the further following up together with sales. 7. 配合銷售部門對客戶的售前售中售后進(jìn)行工藝進(jìn)行技術(shù)指導(dǎo)和交流。 Responsible for the technical processing guidance and communication with customer before /during/after sale and trial. 8. 負(fù)責(zé)對老客戶的客戶進(jìn)行螺桿組合的設(shè)計及調(diào)整。 Responsible for designing the screw configurations in cooperation with the process department team for trials, new machine orders and service orders. 9. 對客戶進(jìn)行擠出機(jī)理論知識以及工藝過程的培訓(xùn)。 Responsible for customer training on extruder technology and processing. 10. 對售后部門或客戶進(jìn)行工藝支持，解決客戶投訴工藝上的問題。 Cooperate with after sales and customer to provide solution on processing issues. 11. 與公司總部同事一起負(fù)責(zé)內(nèi)部新產(chǎn)品新應(yīng)用的開發(fā)。 Be responsible for new product or application development together with headquarter colleagues. 12. 負(fù)責(zé)設(shè)備調(diào)試的現(xiàn)場工藝支持和設(shè)備驗(yàn)收。 Responsible for on-site process support for machine commissioning and guarantee test runs. 13. 為各種會議和研討會準(zhǔn)備并展示技術(shù)報告。 Preparing and presenting technical presentations at conferences, meetings and seminars. 14. 為銷售和服務(wù)部門提供技術(shù)培訓(xùn)。 Providing technical training to sales and service department. 15. 負(fù)責(zé)出差以及現(xiàn)場服務(wù)過程中的人身和設(shè)備安全。 Need to ensure personal and equipment safety during world-wide business trip and on-site service. 16. 愿意到世界各地出差。 Willingness to travel worldwide. 17. 合理安排出差時間及交通，自覺做好差旅費(fèi)用控制。 Can arrange travel time and transportation reasonably and control travel expenses consciously. 18. 公司管理層、員工手冊和相關(guān)主管交辦事項(xiàng)與職責(zé)。 All other duties requested by the supervisor, employee handbook and company management. |
