| 工作描述： |
Accountabilities: To focus on direct sourcing material related activities To support NPD/EPD / BCP project on time and to provide any information needed by project team with the best accuracy. To work closely with other functional groups, e.g. M&E team, Packaging Development, NPD team, Quality, etc, and to solve any supply issue. Well documents management and data analysis. To figure out cost saving project driven by commercial part. To support leader buyers’ work and provide necessary information for their decision. To establish & manage the purchasing agreements, Non Disclosure Agreement, no gift claim and anti-bribery To issue all necessary applications are in system , such as Anaplan/ Ariba / SAP / Track wise and so on To ensure that all Purchasing activities within the Company are in compliance with all appropriate ethical and legal standards. To compile quarterly supplier score cards and make sure to have well communication with local team with supplier’s performance. To take proper actions to lower performance suppliers and monitor the corrective actions. Skills & Experience required: A Bachelor’s degree at least, Chemistry or Applied Chemistry or Engineer or Science, preferably with additional qualification in Purchasing, Materials Management. At least 4 years of progressive chemical material or packaging material purchasing experience, preferably in a fast-moving product manufacturing environment. Professional qualifications required: Must be fluent in English, Chinese and any other language is an added advantage Good project management skill and well tracking on NPD progress Good working knowledge on PC software and computerized purchasing system (with knowledge on SAP system is an added advantage) Good knowledge in suppliers’ production process and excellent negotiating skills. Good leadership, management, teamwork, organizational and communications skills Well-developed analytical abilities, sensitive in data management. Personal Attributes: High ethics. Ability to take responsibility and make decision. Be a high-energy and results oriented individual that has the presence to positively influence the business. |
