| 工作描述： |
Tasks - be good at leaning and training, good communicate. - knowledge on demand planning,capacity planning and production planning process - Knowledge about the different market behavior, forecast and stochastic model. - strong SAP knowledge on PP, APO DP. - high efficiency implementation Profile ? define, adjust and optimize the master production plan(type, volume, sequence and lot size) according to market demand and maximize the capacity utilization, customer delivery reliability and minimize the inventory. # lead consensus meeting with DP, CS, sales office to align sales requirement and production supply for short term, middle term and long term. ensure the consensus meeting data preparation from plant is done before the meeting. # Handling of demand/supply unbalanced expectation, feedback and commitment to internal/external customers # define the production classification and production frequency according to the optimized set up sequence and production lot size. # Make the monthly plan based on the island capacity, optimized lot size, sales order and forecast. # fix basic type monthly plan at the purchasing point. # transfer the fixed monthly plan and production priority at the production release point to MRP team # ensure the on time confirmation for the system demand - lead monthly production hit rate fulfillment analysis and action plan follow up. - Cooperate with sales to make the delivery reliability analyze and improve. - Cooperate with purchaser for regular direct material slow mover check and control the inventory. |
