| 工作描述： |
Role Purpose: ? Lead the finished goods team to conduct finished goods release inspection based on defined inspection criteria and report quality issues found. Scope: ? Finished goods inspection and release in manufacturing site including embellisher. Accountabilities: ? Develop Finished goods packaging specification and sign golden samples as online quality standard. ? Ensure the FG inspection conducted per sampling plan which are in compliance with global requirement, customer requirement, and national standard, report quality issues/deviation found. ? Ensure finished goods timely release in SAP based on all analytical results/micro-b results/batch manufacturing record. ? Collaborate with production team and Area quality leader to ensure IPQC process including OLV is properly defined and sufficiently implemented in all packing lines. ? Be responsible for annual external testing for all products. ? Ensure all equipment/instruments in FG inspection team are properly maintained and calibrated at defined intervals. ? Build all the SOPs/WIs related with FG retention, inspection and release. supervise the team to comply with relevant SOPs/WIs. ? Ensure retention samples are properly captured, rechecked and recorded, and retention sample room are well managed with 5S according to SOP. ? Ensure quarterly/monthly inspection for retention samples on appearance and report timely if any issue/deviation found. ? Manage, coach and deliver training to FG inspectors. ? Ensure data integrity on all the data recording process. ? Complete the task assigned by line manager. Skills & Experience required: ? Strong interpersonal skills and good leadership. ? Knowledge of JJF 1070-2005, AQL classification, GB2828 etc. ? Ability to detect and solve the issues. ? Good computer skills. ? Minimum 3 years working experience with finished goods inspection in FMCG/Pharm/Food/Medical device. |
