| 工作描述： |
1） Set up or familiar with the base data in SAP system 2） Design work Design new fixtures or tooling for production needs; map mechanical parts used in equipment if no drawings; BPS improvement; monitor the process of fixture producing process; check the finished parts or fixtures. 3） Participate in project work, meet its requirement draft equipment technical specification based on Brose specification ; pre-acceptance/final acceptance equipment ; adjust and fix equipment ; register equipment file and spare parts 4） Carry out or organize to implement precautionary maintenance plan operation instruction; maintenance instruction; trouble shoot instruction; spare parts list; malfunction analysis report ; periodical maintenance plan and follow up 5） Carry out the management standard. -list of being used fixture at production lines -list of consumptive spare parts and change plan -list of consumptive spare parts and change plan -instruction of fixture check and maintenance -fixture changeover matrix -fixture storage index in production site -fixture precision WI and check record (monthly/semi/year) Professional application of Auto-CAD, Solidwork, OA -fixture or device troubleshooting 6） Solve the machine malfunction, analyze the reason of malfunction and take precautionary measures. 7） Assistant to select the spare parts supplier 8） Participate mechanical maintenance work. 9） Maintain the equipment management archive and ensure the machine is in good condition 10) Training the set up or technician. |
