Responsibility: 1.Perform the approval, the realization and the commissioning of new production equipment, special for the electrical and programming aspects. 執(zhí)行設(shè)備驗(yàn)收工作，運(yùn)行調(diào)試新的生產(chǎn)設(shè)備，尤其是電氣和程序方面。 2. Technical support and troubleshooting for all production equipment, especially in the electrical and programming fields, to solve any machine breakdown or fault in shortest time and most effective way. 所有生產(chǎn)設(shè)備的技術(shù)支持和故障解決，尤其是電氣和程序方面，迅速高效的解決設(shè)備停機(jī)及故障。 3. Establish and improved the preventive maintenance plan for the equipment, according to suppliers requirements and cumulated experiences also based on machines breakdown analysis. 基于設(shè)備本身的要求、維修經(jīng)驗(yàn)以及故障停機(jī)等數(shù)據(jù)分析，建立和完善設(shè)備預(yù)防性維修計(jì)劃。 4. Establish, updated to date and ensure the availability of all documentations, which linked related to the equipment (from suppliers, from every repair actions, from preventive maintenance …) 新建及更新所有關(guān)于設(shè)備的文件資料，確保實(shí)用性（依據(jù)供應(yīng)商文件、維護(hù)記錄、預(yù)防性維護(hù)等） 5. Define, order and regulate the safety stock, in order to store enough and necessary spare parts required from production equipment situation. Find low price and good quality and follow purchasing process until deliver the goods. 根據(jù)設(shè)備使用情況，調(diào)整備件最低庫(kù)存，及時(shí)采購(gòu)確保備件充足，尋找質(zhì)優(yōu)價(jià)廉的備件并追蹤整個(gè)流程直到備件到貨。 6. Cost control and perform relating the internal and external audit work. 成本控制以及執(zhí)行內(nèi)部外部審核的工作。 7. Support and assist during external maintenance and supplier work. 支持和幫助所有外部維修和供應(yīng)商的工作。 8. Basic knowledge and maintenance experience training to technician, special for the electrical and programming aspects. 基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)和維修經(jīng)驗(yàn)的培訓(xùn)及分享，尤其是電氣和程序方面。 Requirement: 1.At least 5 years working experience in electrical and automation of maintenance or industrial engineering. 至少5年以上電氣自動(dòng)化或工業(yè)工程方面的維修經(jīng)驗(yàn)。 2.較好的PLC能力，尤其是西門子博途和S7系列 3.ABB機(jī)器人，4D軟件、PLC、氣動(dòng)知識(shí)、焊接方面的知識(shí)，SAP、PC等。 4.英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)可溝通 |
