this position only opened to the candidate who can use English as working language first, any interesting please change the resume into English version first!!! @MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES 工作職責(zé) 1.Manage delivery of IT infrastructure projects. Focusing on areas like PC, Peripheries, Data Center, Network and Communication, Collaboration and IT Security etc. Maintain availability, security and cost effectiveness of IT infrastructure. 管理IT基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施項目的交付，聚焦于PC，外設(shè)，數(shù)據(jù)中心，網(wǎng)絡(luò)和通訊，辦公協(xié)同以及IT安全等 領(lǐng)域。維護和保障IT基礎(chǔ)設(shè)置的可用性，安全性和經(jīng)濟性。 2.Support delivery of ERP system and other business application projects. Drive ERP-process know how and train users based on the released processes. 輔助ERP系統(tǒng)項目實施和其他業(yè)務(wù)應(yīng)用項目的交付。根據(jù)已發(fā)布的流程，推動ERP的運行和培訓(xùn)公司內(nèi)ERP端口用戶。 3.Perform user support for IT infrastructure – deal with service requests and change requests, identify opportunities for business process improvements. IT基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施用戶支持 — 處理服務(wù)請求、變更需求等，識別流程改進的機會。 4.Conduct user training and compose training documents or manuals. 組織用戶培訓(xùn)，編寫培訓(xùn)文檔或用戶手冊。 5.Work closely with the global IT team and support project or operation tasks. 與全球IT團隊密切合作，配合項目實施或運維的工作。 6.Complete other tasks assigned by direct superior. 完成直接上級安排的其他任務(wù)。 @SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE 任職要求條件 1.Education & Major 學(xué)歷與專業(yè) Bachelor's degree or above majored in computer science or similar. 本科或以上學(xué)歷，計算機科學(xué)或相關(guān)專業(yè)。 2.Job Related Experience 相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗 3 years or above experience in areas like: PC, Peripheries, Data Center, Network and Communication, IT Security; Experiences in Microsoft, HP, Extreme Networks, VMware are preferred. Basic knowledge in ITIL. ERP Know how e.g. SAP, Microsoft, Ordat as a Power/Key User or Administrator. 3年或以上PC，外設(shè)，數(shù)據(jù)中心，網(wǎng)絡(luò)和通訊，IT安全相關(guān)的管理經(jīng)驗。微軟，惠普，極進網(wǎng)絡(luò)VMware相關(guān)系統(tǒng)的經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先，基礎(chǔ)ITIL知識。ERP專業(yè)技術(shù)，例如SAP、Microsoft、Ordat作為主要/關(guān)鍵用戶或管理員。 3.Total Working Experience整體工作經(jīng)驗 3 to 8 years’ experience 3到8年工作經(jīng)驗 4.Specific Knowledge/Skills 特殊技能知識 Good project management skills and fluent in English. 較強的項目管理技能，英語流利。 5.Others 其他 |
