太倉(cāng)Innophos公司是美國(guó)Innophos的全資子公司，成立于2011年6月，位于太倉(cāng)市雙鳳鎮(zhèn)，公司主要生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)食品磷酸鹽混合物，主要應(yīng)用于烘焙類及肉類產(chǎn)品。

Job Description

-  expenses reimbursement
- Coordinating with vendors for payment and perform accounts payable
- Fixed asset management
- Perform monthly stock reconciliation for stocks kept at the warehouse
- Responsible for entry of General Ledger, and monthly reconciliations with Sub-ledger and General Ledger
- Accrue and prepaid expense as a monthly work
- Assist in maintain General ledger in accordance with US GAAP and PRC GAAP
- Perform monthly tax filing
- Communicate with tax bureaus and foreign exchange Bureau and update the finance controller of new regulations on related matters
- Ensure company’s compliance with all tax regulations and foreign exchange regulations
- Month end closing
- Provide the data for analysis the profit and loss statement, and other reports to summarize current and projected company financial position
- Perform new company set-up
- Other tasks assigned by the finance controller

Requirement

- Logical thinking, careful and reliable
- communication skill
- Willing to work under pressure
- Team work spirit
- Five or above years of related working experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft OFFICE Software
- Good reading and writing in English
- Finance Professional Certification
