主要工作：Procurement supervisor- Organisation :o report to the strategic purchasing managero collaborate with the purchasing department from the headquarter in Belgiumo collaborate with the production manager (for quantities and planning requirements) and with the technical engineer or the quality manager (for audits, qualification and quality inspection)- Assignments and tasks :o Create and follow the purchase orders according the requirements from the production (quantities and delivery dates) using a ERP systemo Insure that the subcontract agreements are followed by the supplierso Ensure production requirements are met at all timeo Maintain good supplier relationshipo Pilot requests for quotation (RFQ), and run efficient negotiation respecting the AS objectives and the technical specificationso Supervise supplier performance indicators (quality, cost, service level) and set up improvement plan with the suppliers (with help of technical engineer for technical issues)o Support the strategic purchasing manager in various tasks including communication, data processing, etc.o Follow up with suppliers on pending orders, on projects, etc.o Protect the organisation’s data and intellectual propertyo Update and maintain the suppliers database and procurement agreements- Education & experience: o Degree in business, purchasing or international logisticso 5 years experience in procurement and logistics in international environment- Skills :o Good knowledge of English : speaking, reading, writingo Autonomous and responsibleo Good communication skillso Use of ERP system and Microsoft Office- Targets :o Quality : insure that the suppliers follow the quality requirementso Lead time : insure that the purchase orders are delivered on timeo Cost : control the cost of the procurement according the cost targets- Guidelines provided by the company:o Technical specifications and quality requirements as per AS group guidelines to be strictly followed
