Keep records for all mails and deliveries;[網(wǎng)址不可見] drinking water working meals;5.Invitation letter application & visa extension;6.Management of company keys;[網(wǎng)址不可見] reservation & air tickets booking;[網(wǎng)址不可見] up arrangement;[網(wǎng)址不可見] administration and management including safe & security, clean & tidiness, etc;[網(wǎng)址不可見] necessities e.g. stationary;11.Responsible for office facilities are in working order and arranging service and repair as necessary.
