主要工作：
Department: Group Procurement
Job Scope: Act as a SQE to implement Group Procurement activities in China

1. Supports the development of supplier quality standards and responsible for their implementation, training, monitoring and optimization in accordance to Management System.
2. Schedule, lead and perform supplier audits
3. Problem solving and root cause analysis activities with suppliers to eliminate recurrence of non-conformances
4. Develop long term supplier relationships and support Purchasing to generate and implement cost reduction ideas
5. Responsible for the quality evaluation and qualification of potential new suppliers as a recommendation for purchasing decisions. Supports supplier selection and approval according to Purchasing policies and - strategy.
6. Responsible for supplier evaluation and supplier development for approved suppliers
7. Monitors and reports the performance of the suppliers (KPI’s) and communicates further needs for change or improvement and then coordinates the necessary actions.
8. Strategic lead of specific supplier performance improvement projects in an effort to increase the supplier capability and performance..
9. Responsible that all data in the field of responsibility is current and accurate.
