1、研發(fā)工程師   1人   薪資面議

工作地點：太倉新區(qū)
工作性質(zhì)：全職
作息制度：雙休
主要工作：1. Team Management- Coordination with supplies on parts, quality, delivery schedule, etc;- Coordination with sales and customers on prototype building, delivery, etc;- Coordination with application team, sales to develop new products, build prototypes, customer's qualifications.2. Motor mechanical design- Prepare drawings;- Responsible for mechanical design for new projects in company.3. Build motor prototypes- Find part suppliers (working with purchasing group);- Build motor parts like winding;- Assembly parts into final motors.4. Other works as assigned by supervisor

主要工作：- Cooperate with the stakeholders like production, quality, technical and so on to fulfil daily work.- Leads and manages new project. Coordinate internally with colleague and HQ Germany or external customers and suppliers to make sure the project goes smoothly.- Coaches and guides operators to build professional technical and quality sense.- Call up the team to evaluate and solve the problem in process.- Reports and escalates the issue when it is necessary.- Project management. Make the project plan and ensure the project goes according to plan.- Process design. Work with technical department for a professional assembly solution and quality control. Design the necessary fixtures and tooling.- New equipment sourcing and qualifying.- Lean production management.- Planning and calculate new resources and workflows- Planning capacity- Continuous improvements to equipment and workflows- Creating layouts, work plans, time recording- Validation and qualification of new processes - Participation in generic product development- Support on quality control- Documentation work, like CP/WI/FMEA and so on- Technical support (internal and external)
