Position: HR supervisor
A. 基本要求Basic Requirements:
人力資源或相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的學(xué)士學(xué)位
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
B. 專業(yè)知識(shí)要求Knowledge required
1) 5+ years of HR experience, 2+ years HR management experience
5年以上人力資源工作經(jīng)驗(yàn), 2年以上人事管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)
2) Strong communication and interpersonal skills
良好的溝通和人際交往能力
3) Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively
能夠獨(dú)立工作并有效處理多項(xiàng)任務(wù)的能力
4) Proficiency in Microsoft Office
熟練使用Microsoft Office
5) Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese (written and spoken)
英語(yǔ)和普通話(書(shū)寫(xiě)和口語(yǔ))流利
6) Be familiar with labor law, contract law, and other legal documents.
熟悉有關(guān)勞動(dòng)法、合同法和其他的法律文件。

C. 主要工作職責(zé) Main JD
8) Develop HR work plan according to the company strategy, promote the company's mission, vision and values, meet the requirements of social responsibility audit
根據(jù)公司戰(zhàn)略制定HR工作計(jì)劃,宣傳公司使命、愿景和價(jià)值觀,符合社會(huì)責(zé)任審核要求。
9) Recruit and hire local operators and office staff, using recruitment websites and third-party recruiters as needed.
使用招聘網(wǎng)站和第三方招聘公司招聘和雇用當(dāng)?shù)夭僮鲉T和辦公室人員
10) Arrange labor related works, such as agreement, employee entry/resign, and daily attendance management.

11) Handle employee relations issues, including performance management and disciplinary actions
