您的任務(wù)：

Your tasks:

1.支持內(nèi)部項目、組織結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整及推進執(zhí)行企業(yè)政策

Support with internal projects and organizational restructuring and expedite the implementation of company policies

2.促進溝通并翻譯文件（中英）

Communication facilitation and translation of documents (English - Chinese)

3.組織并籌備常規(guī)員工會議，做好會議記錄并跟進執(zhí)行會議內(nèi)容

Organize and prepare regular staff meetings keeping minutes and following up with necessary actions

4.合規(guī)性：確保全員遵守所有相關(guān)法律、法規(guī)和公司政策

Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

5.自覺主動維護企業(yè)外部關(guān)系，滿足并提升外部滿意度

Actively and regularly maintain external relationships, to satisfy or improve the satisfactory level of the stakeholders.

6.客戶關(guān)系維護：保持以客戶為中心的方法并推動舉措，以提高客戶滿意度和忠誠度

Customer Relations: Maintain a customer-focused approach and drive initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

7.根據(jù)主管制定的銷售目標，制定銷售策略并開展落實行動以達成目標

Based on the sales target given by the superior, develop and implement sales strategy and conduct the follow up actions to achieve the target

8.在展會、客戶培訓(xùn)和活動中代表公司和展示產(chǎn)品

Represent company and our products at exhibitions, customer trainings and events

9.根據(jù)公司戰(zhàn)略制定并監(jiān)控選定的KPI（關(guān)鍵績效指標），以便與總經(jīng)理進行分析

Develop and monitor and selected KPI (key performance indicators) in line with the company strategy for analysis with the GM

10.報告：準備并向管理層和其他利益相關(guān)者提交關(guān)于公司業(yè)績和進展的定期報告

Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports to Management and other stakeholders on the company's performance and progress

您的要求：

Your Qualifications:

1.一流地英語說、寫能力

Excellent English in speaking and writing

2.有機動性（在中國的經(jīng)常性商務(wù)出差）

Mobility (frequent business travel within China)

3.有汽車業(yè)的背景知識和濃厚興趣

Background knowledge and strong interest in the automotive industry

4.有銷售、采購、進出口經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先考慮

Experience in the area of management systems and processes is preferred

5.金融和/或法律背景優(yōu)先

Background in finance and/ or law is a plus

6.有強烈客戶服務(wù)意識的獨立的工作能力

Ability to work independently with a strong awareness of customer service

7.團隊合作精神、靈活性和抗壓能力強

Team player qualities, flexibility and ability to work under pressure

8.嫻熟的微軟office操作，尤其是Excel

Profound knowledge of MS-Office, especially Excel

9.有駕照（有信心在高速公路上駕駛）

Driving license (confident to drive on the highway)

學(xué)歷要求：大專及以上
補充專業(yè)：銷售、市場、商務(wù)或相關(guān)專業(yè)
